WHAT can be returned?
All Products in an unused form and undamaged can eb returned to us providing you have been given a Return Authority Number.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
All items purchased that you do not want must be returned within 2 Weeks of recieving the items.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Returs can be posted to our home office located at 4 Moon Court, Maddingley, Victoria, 3340
HOW do customers return items?
All items for return must be pre-approoved prior to you sending them back. You must contact us via email, phone or using the reoslution centre link found at the bottom of our website.
SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping rates are not refunded on returns unless approoved by The 3D Printer. Returns that are simply change of mind or wrong product at fault of customer are not refunded for shipping. Shipping will only be refunded if goods being returned have been found to have a fault not preventablle by the customer.
CREDIT for returns?
Returns are refunded in the same way the were funded to us. If you paid via PayPal you will be refunded via PayPal. If you paid via Credit Card they will be refunded by credit card and so on.
Instore return option?
You may bring your item back to our hea office location in person only with an approoved Returns Autohrity Number and only at a time that has been appointed by one of the staff at The 3D Printer.
All items beig returned must be in original packing. If items are not returned in original packaging extra fees and deductions will apply and you may not recieve a full refund.
